Every morning I fill the blender with 3 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 banana, 1 apple, 6 stwarberries, a handful of blueberries, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 tablespons of Flax and 1/4 tablespoon of Cinimimion–fill with water to cover the fruit and mix. The benifits of this smoothie is remarkabke. I am 60 years old but I look 40’s. I don’t know how you can improve this maricle drink.
