    I definitely agree! Walking is really beneficial. We might consider it also as the less expensive, less energy needed, less effort, less worry kind of exercise. It’s anywhere you can do exercise! You can do it at home if you want. Or if you decide to make walking more enjoyable you can walk with a friend in a community. And what’s good about walking is, this can be done by all ages. From children to older people. No age restriction. Just happy walking!
