  1. This article is wildly misleading.
    Pickles contain Aluminum which causes Alzheimers. To claim that they should be consumed to avoid Alzheimers because they happen to also sometimes contain tumeric is very dishonest.
    Pickles are very acidic, as is garlic, so to claim that they help with acid reflux is certainly the opposite of what my doctor said when he told me to quit eating pickles because of my acid reflux.

    Shame on you for messing with people’s health by publishing such misleading information.

    • The article is very good . for the person who said his doctor told him that picles are bad for him or her ..you doctor is wrong and should study well , pickles which contains natural salt regulate the body acidity ,and blood sugar and even blood druck . pickeles ahve a lot of benifits from vitamins ,menerals and good bacteria for the digestive system .drinking pickles water is well know for treatment from gorgelan to other fighting bad bacteria in the body .it is well known from the time of apoqrat ,and faronet ..and still used in japan and korea 2 from from the healthiest contries and who live longer because they believe in the power of the nature and natur proses ,like natural salt and firmentations ..unfortunately doctors get the information from pharmaceut and sell us sikness and medication .
