Benefit Of Fresh Air
Fresh air is something often taken for granted. Not its presence ÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¢ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚Â¬â€œ its quality. It is likely that most of the air breathed by many people isn’t actually clean air. Many spend most of their time inside offices and air-conditioned living rooms, forcing them to use stale air. The strength and intellect of a person could be adversely or positively affected by the air that they breathe.
1. It helps your body function.
Fresh air delivers more oxygen to your bloodstream, allowing your body and mind to function efficiently. Staying in a closed area for an extended period leads to a person breathing in the same air over and over, air that no longer has the same amount of oxygen it had before.
2. Helps animals and plants grow.
Fresh air also has more oxygen for animals and plants.
3. Improves blood pressure and heart rate.
Dirty air forces the body to work harder, as it cannot get the amount of oxygen it needs.
4. Makes you happier.
The amount of oxygen someone inhales can affect the amount of serotonin in their brain, which can significantly lighten someone’s mood. This has the added effect of soothing the nerves.
5. It is healthier.
Polluted air has many bad things in it, such as smoke and dust, among other things. This also allows viruses and bacteria to proliferate easily. Clean air can kill them.
While it may be difficult to find the time to find real fresh air, especially for those with strict 9-5 jobs, it shouldn’t be too hard to find the time to step out of an enclosed space and take a breath of fresh air. Workers should make sure that their workspace is properly ventilated. Not getting enough fresh air can lead to dizziness, nausea, a lack of endurance and even depression.
