Durian is a fruit abundantly found in Southeast Asian countries and is commonly known as the king of fruits. Durian is highly nutritious as it provides rich amounts of vitamin B, vitamin C and vitamin E to the body. The high iron content of this fruit helps in restoring the health of sick humans and animals.
